El Workshop “Patrimonio Moderno y proyecto contemporáneo” junto al ENCUENTRO INTERNACIONAL DE PATRIMONIO MODERNO Y BUENAS PRÁCTICAS con que culmina, se enfoca en investigar las formas de intervención y los roles que el proyecto de arquitectura -entendido en su capacidad contemporánea- puede complementar la preservación del patrimonio moderno. El workshop investigará y propondrá ideas de proyecto sobre un caso patrimonial moderno, en sintonía con los conceptos de re-uso adaptativo y nuevas intervenciones. El workshop integrará alumnos y profesores de diferente proveniencia: de la Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, de la Universidad Nacional de Rosario de Argentina, de la Universidad San Sebastián, Universidad Austral, y Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
The Workshop "Modern Heritage and Contemporary Architectural Design" together with the INTERNATIONAL MEETING MODERN HERITAGE AND BEST PRACTICES in which it culminates, focuses on investigating the forms of intervention and the roles that the architectural project - understood in its contemporary capacity - can complement the preservation of modern heritage. The workshop will investigate and propose project ideas on a modern heritage case, in tune with the concepts of adaptive re-use and new interventions. The workshop will integrate students and teachers from different backgrounds: Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, Universidad Nacional de Rosario in Argentina, Universidad San Sebastián, Universidad Austral, and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
